DeviceRadio, developer of an IoT communication layer that carries all types of data regardless of the connection method, has now received 2.2 Million SEK to continue its business development. Using this money, the company can continue its work of helping make IoT communication an easy process for all companies.

Through DeviceRadio’s communication layer, any IoT solution is prepared to carry data consistently, no matter what technology the service is developed with. This gives the market secure, future-proof and encrypted communication. DeviceRadio’s solution can be easily applied across all technologies.

“All existing products will have to communicate with other IoT systems. Our communication layer makes this process intuitive, saving huge sums on development and application time. Put simply, we provide the keys so everyone can unlock the doors to IoT communication”, says founder and CEO Christian Klemetsson.

The investors in this round include, Tord Wingren, Björn Zethraeus, Carl-Henric Nilsson, Jens Thystrup, Hampus Janzon, Claes Ramel and Christian Lexander.
DeviceRadio has already signed several contracts helping companies within industries such as building management, self-driving vehicles and reduce carbon dioxide with IoT. Most projects are still in early phases but the response has been very positive.

DeviceRadio recently won the Embedded Award as the best IoT company at Svensk Elektronik’s fair in Kista November 2017
